With over 25 years of corporate experience spanning multiple industries and roles—from accounting to IT, project management, operations, and product creation—Lou experienced firsthand the challenges of burnout, disengagement, and uncertainty. Despite career success, something was missing. The search for greater purpose led to frequent role changes, but the answer was always the same: the most energizing and rewarding moments came from mentoring, guiding, and helping others grow.
That realization sparked a career transformation. After extensive training and certification, Lou transitioned out of the corporate world to focus entirely on coaching. Today, IONIS Leadership Coaching helps leaders navigate their own journeys—overcoming obstacles, building confidence, and leading with authenticity.
