Each lab is:

  • Coaching-centered (not presentation-based)

  • Confidential and grounded in real leadership scenarios

  • Insight into how they show up as leaders under pressure

HOW THE SERIES WORKS

Format

  • 4 live Coaching Labs

  • 90 minutes each

  • Small group (limited capacity)

  • Facilitated by an ICF PCC-certified executive coach

 

Each lab builds on the previous one, allowing for continuity, trust, and deeper exploration over time.
